Temporary Inclusion Support Assistant - delivering 'catch up' tuition.
The Governors of this popular and successful village school wish to appoint a part time, temporary Inclusion Support Assistant who is an outstanding practitioner to join our well-motivated team to deliver ‘catch up’ tuition for a number of children. This post requires someone with energy, motivation and under the direction of teaching staff is able to provide specific support in the care and development of pupils and the management of the classroom. Duties include: providing targeted and tailored support to pupils in relation to their individual abilities; providing structured support to specific work programmes; supporting pupils in relation to their individual needs e.g. behaviour strategies; supervising pupils in curricular activities; contributing to curriculum planning, evaluation and implementation; co-ordinating pupils attending extra-curricular activities.
